Seem to have lived a life on the edge of quiet desperation. Sometimes better sometimes worse. Psych meds kinda help, but they have drawbacks, addiction, side effects. Don't know of a perfect psych med. Ativan makes me angry impatient and gives me diarrhea of the mouth but it helps with this damn nagging anxiety ACOA type stuff seemed to help, was actually pretty good till my spinalcord injury and resultant neuropathic pain, spasticity, crazy meds.
